Rachel Hind Coaching Terms and Conditions Cancellation & Transfer Agreement. 

At Rachel Hind Coaching and Training we are honoured to have you join us for this Coaching and/or Training. We have found NLP and its applications to be life changing for our business and for our clients who have been able to change their lives and other people’s lives forever. We know with your commitment that this will truly be a life changing experience for you! 

As for the legal details, we have provided them below! In terms of legal terms, the following cancellation and transfer policies apply and your cooperation is greatly appreciated. 

Transfer & Cancellation Policy I understand that I have three days to cancel this agreement and have 100% of my deposit refunded. Thereafter, I understand there is no refunds given after the 3 days from the date of the signed enrolment agreement or from when the transaction for the course(s) has occurred. I understand that I am liable to honour the payments of the payment plan for which I have agreed to. I understand that if I cannot attend a training I have the ability to attend the same training at a later date within 2 years of the signed enrolment or from when the transaction occurred.

I understand the course fee I have paid and fees yet to be paid are not transferable to another course or program. I understand if I am on a payment plan with Debit Success  there is a $12.95 fee if there is a dishonored transaction. 

If any installment payment should default, the registrant will have seven (7) business-days to resolve the situation. I agree and understand that when entering into a payment plan it may require a third party credit check. Once approved I agree to honor my repayments to the third party organisation. 

In the extreme unlikely event that dates or location was to change then Rachel Hind Coaching cannot be held responsible for any costs you might incur as a result. We are excited to serve you on your journey. Look forward to working with you and/or seeing you at the training.
